These Pumps are of the multi-sectional design with ALL Impellers located at the same side. The Housing of EACH such Pump consists of a requiring quantity of sections, with their joints perpendicular to the Pump Axis. These Sections are co-centering mutually and with end-covers by means of cylindrically-machined grooves; joints are sealing by either direct contacting of precisiously-machining metal edges, or additional sealing rings. Pressed into EACH of these Sections are liquid-directing devices. The Sections are interconnecting mutually and with end-covers by tightening studs, these forming the integrated Pump Housing. Bearing’s Cramps are connecting to the Pump’s end-covers with threaded studs. The end-covers are casting as single pieces with the Pump’s IN- / OUTlets and supporting claws. The operational axial loads are equalizing by the unloading drum, water from which id directing further into the circular chamber towards the initial Pump Stage. The Pump is equipping with the tandem-style End-Face Seals. The remaining axial loads are adsorbing by the thrust roller bearings. The Bearings are equipped with the oil-tray lubricating system.
These single-housing Pumps are requiring less metals for manufacturing and less labour during maintenance in comparison with the dual-housing designs.
This Pump Design is developed in accordance with requirements of API 610, and FULLY fits the applicable safety- and reliability requirements.
These Pumps are intended for handling products under temperatures up to + 1500 C.
Design Version of the certain Pump is selecting in accordance with the following 3 key factors: temperature, pressure, other particulars of the media to be handled.
The Pump’s IN- / OUTlets are rated for loads, permitting by API 610.
The Key Design Advantages:
A simple Design with only a few Components minimalizes either the Pump’s Overall Dimensions, or Maintenance Expenses;
Greater Suction Ability of the Initial Pump Stage;
Reduction of axial loads by the Unloading Drum;
Possibility to dismantle the Bearing’s Assembly without dismantling of the entire Pump.
Design of the Pump Family NDMO FULLY corresponds to the requirements of API 610, Type BB4.
